I would say kids but I think that's just a given...though they are driving me crazy right now. So instead I choose The beautiful long warm summer we had. And my awesome deck lounge chairs basking in the sunshine.
there are a lot of things i should be thankful for as i am unreasonaly spoiled, but if i have to say one: i have met a lot of really amazing people this year, all sorts of em, and i've learned a lot of really really amazing things from them, all sorts of em, and i think that's a pretty necessary thing for someone who spends most of her time uber self involved and thinking she already knows everything about everything. also, the mcsweeney's application for my phone - oh yes!
I managed to make it through my century ride without dying and actually felt like I could keep biking even at the end. I'm allowed to be thankful for something I worked hard for, right? Also, my family, my friends, and my dogs, just so no one thinks I am totally self-centered.

Yeah, I'm just going to be unoriginal and say my family.
I'm also thankful that I have lost all of my pregnancy weight, although I am not thankful for the spare tire that remains around my belly.
I am most thankful for the great summer we had and that I have a boyfriend.
King Carl XVI Gustaf. Without him, I don't know what Sweden would be.

I'm so thankful the dog of my life survived a night on the mean streets of anchorage and then came back to be re-domesticated.
